Last Day

Hello dearies!

I am now here in Mallberry Suites' Online shop, Cagayan de Oro. We're just waiting for the time to pass and spending some moolah so that we can have a 10,000php bill. I am actually quite sad that we'll be leaving Cagayan de Oro and Mindanao. I still want to do so many things here! I'm actually looking forward to coming back here in Mindanao, specifically in Cagayan and in Camiguin. I'll be blogging about my Summer in a few days or when I get back home safely. So you guys better watch out for that! Also, I'll be doing some reviews of the different places we went here in Mindanao and some Go To places as well. I think I'll even put a few tips here and there. :)

To sum this whole thing up, I just want to say that this Summer Vacation trip was both a win and a lose. I'd love to go back here but maybe with other people. I'd love to come back here with my friends. I'm pretty sure it'll be a rad time. Hahaha! I'll tell you all about our adventures and all the things we've seen in this wonderful region of the Philippines next time. Ciao for now!

The Fl{awe}d Project

The Fl{awe}d Project is a movement against bullying, insecurities and the definition of society's beauty among other things. One of its main goals is to bring different sorts of people with different stories to tell and create an avenue towards awareness, an awareness that they are not alone in their struggles and that there is somebody out there that shares the same story. The Fl{awe}d Project urges people to believe in themselves and to take pride on who they are and not be discouraged by what others are saying. As their tagline says,
We are perfectly flawed and beautifully strong individuals.
The owner and advocate of the cause, Kate Atienza, is an incoming 3rd year International Studies student of De La Salle University-Manila and a friend of mine. She believes in the beauty that every person possesses and she wanted to change how the society's perception of beauty and how the society judges those that are not categorized as beautiful. So please do support her cause by liking the Facebook page, following the Tumblr blog, and sharing to others the cause that The Fl{awe}d Project is advocating. The Fl{awe}d Project is also in Twitter, so you can get the latest updates anytime, anywhere and everywhere.

Please also remember that, beauty cannot only be seen with white porcelain skin, wrinkle free faces and skinny physiques. It is the confidence that you exude that makes you beautiful. It is being comfortable with your own skin and being proud of who you are and what you have, be it those love handles or that bushy hair. You are beautiful and never let others say otherwise.

Summer Fashion

I have been going in and out of different fashion websites, blogs, and online magazines and I thought I could show you guys my Summer themed outfit inspirations and my personal take on how to look good and comfortable during the scorching heat of the sun.

Here are some photos that I consider as fashion inspirations:

This was from my ASOS fashion finder profile and I just absolutely love these things for summer! ♥
Even though it is hot and blindingly sunny during Summer, who says you can't wear shiny accessories? Right?
Summer doesn't necessarily mean bearing it all out and showing off most of your skin, it's about being comfortable, fresh and always so flambouyant!
Summer is also a great season to bring out those short shorts and show some legs!
One style that I really like is the Rocker type of fashion. It's edgy, different and very comfortable.

So those are my Summer themed fashion inspirations. All of the photos are taken from ASOS' Fashion finder and all items can be bought there as well. is actually one of the few fashion retail sites that I love because it lets you ship anywhere and everywhere for free. Not to mention having sales every season and sometimes even non-seasonal times. There's no strings attached here my shopaholic readers. really is shipping anywhere and everywhere around the world. Cool right? So go check them out now!

I'll be posting again and I'll be posting a how-to guide on making Homemade Short Shorts, or in my case just regular shorts since I'm a big and very cellulite friendly girl. Hahaha!

Summer Vacation

Hi everybody!

My step-dad had just returned from his 4-month contract abroad and so, we're finally going to have a vacation! My mother had already planned where to go and when we will go there. I'm very excited that we will be flying to Cagayan de Oro this coming 17th of May care of Philippine Airlines and we will be there for a whole week. We'll be going to Iligan city on our first day then come back to Cagayan de Oro for the night. We will then be going to Camiguin for 3-days and we will be scuba diving there and some sightseeing. Then we will be staying in Cagayan de Oro for the remaining time and we'll be spending time basking in the sun's rays, getting a tan and, of course, swimming in the infamous White Island. I'm actually very excited that we will finally have some time outside the house and even get some photo opportunities for me. It sucks though that I can't buy the camera that I wanted. It would've been really superb if I could use it in this trip.

Anywho, I've been packing today and I think this is the most hated part of a vacation preparation that I do not like. I don't like thinking about the clothes I'll wear or the amount of editing I need when it comes to the clothes I should bring and the fluffs, the excess baggage. I also have to think about the shoes, the crap, the shit and all of that fuckery that I can't remember and be shocked at the last moment that I didn't pack it. And to lessen the burden, I actually wrote a list of things that I think I need for the summer vacation.

Here's my list:
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Shorts
  • Pants
  • Shoes/Sandals/Slippers
  • Dresses
  • Socks
  • Camera
  • Books
  • Journal
  • Sunglasses
  • Make-Up
I think that's it. I have my mom and step-dad to pack the soap, shampoo, toothpaste and whatever else is needed. Hahaha! They're the responsible and cautious ones. So, do you guys think I've forgotten anything? If so, just tell it through a comment or via my Formspring, which you can access HERE.

If you have a problem or any concern with me, you can email me at this address HERE. I'll gladly answer them all and respond to you with all my might. So guys, I have to go now. Bye! ♥
